My philosophy on therapy is that learning some essential skills can allow you to create a happier life and more fulfilling relationships. In a warm, relaxed setting, I help my clients develop more effective communication and problem solving skills, as well as how to make "smart" choices. Clients also learn how their thoughts and perceptions impact their feelings, moods and actions.

As a therapist I help the individual, couple and/or family learn to understand and gain insight into themselves. With self-awareness and the skills developed in therapy they will be able to implement healthier behaviors and realize more positive ways of living. Together, we can work towards your happiness and fulfillment. Self esteem and self confidence are 2 essential characteristics that are developed, reinforced as well as nurtured.

Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental and relaxed environment for clients to recognize and nurture personal strengths, talents and creative abilities. As a by product of the collaborative work of therapy, clients are able to strengthen their resiliency, enhance their self-esteem and achieve more balanced, satisfying and fulfilling lives.
